I see women in clinic feeling a whole range of emotions - excited, happy, emotional, uncomfortable, and - of course - fearful, particularly if you have had previous fertility complications. Meanwhile, never has there been a time in a woman’s life when she is so subject to unsolicited advice - often very conflicting - which leaves you confused and perhaps a little overwhelmed about how best to care for yourself and baby.

I find what helps is having a single - and informed - source of truth for information on how to look after you +1 during pregnancy.

Getting your diet right is crucial during pregnancy. Nutrient needs increase significantly during pregnancy. We need abundant nutrients to support the healthy growth and development of baby - and good blood flow and placental health to deliver the nutrients.     • 3 x 45-minute follow-up consultations, redeemable within 12 months

    • A Health Optimisation Plan with personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations after each session

    • Email support between sessions

    • Food and lifestyle diary analysis

    • Handouts and meal suggestions

    • Coaching and accountability to keep you on track

    • High quality personalised supplement recommendations with 10% discount

    • Private functional testing recommendations & GP referrals, with interpretation of results

  • £990 payment upfront (no payment plans).

    Personalised supplements and tests will be recommended and will come at an extra cost.

  • Let’s chat! Book in a free 30-min discovery call with me here so I can find out more about your current situation and what you’re looking for. You can ask me questions about my programmes and we can see if we’re a good fit :)

  • Testing is optional, but normally advised. Once already pregnant, tests I find helpful include tests for nutrient status (are we getting sufficient nutrients in for you AND baby in pregnancy?), vaginal microbiome testing and thyroid panels. Testing will be assessed and advised on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supplements help plug the gap where diet falls short. This can be particularly helpful during pregnancy, when you may experience nausea or food aversions and may be unable to stick to a healthy diet! Quality of supplements varies significantly, so I will always recommend the best quality supplements, tailored to you. The scientific research is very supportive of the benefits of supplementation in pregnancy, in supporting mother and baby health.

  • Yes! It’s lovely to have the support of partners. But I will only be insured to provide advice for you. If your partner would like advice too, please do reach out and we can think of a more bespoke programme for both of you.

  • Not for my pregnancy programmes.

  • I don’t provide prescriptive meal plans as, in my experience, I find that people don’t follow them! I will, however, provide plenty of suggested recipes - and we will discuss how to optimise all your meals and snacks.
