01 / FOR COMPANIES

Investing in your employees’ health is essential. Why? It’s estimated that the cost to employers of poor eating habits in the UK is £17bn annually. This is 97 million lost working days. It’s not just absenteeism that’s a strain on companies, but presenteeism - where employees turn up for work in spite of physical or mental health issues, and fail to perform effectively. This was estimated to cost the economy £92bn in 2019. We also know that employees with an unhealthy diet are 66% more likely to experience a loss in productivity. I regularly run corporate talks, speed consultation days, lunch & learns and workshops in organisations and members clubs across a whole range of topics.

  • Normally a 45-minute talk, in person or online, followed by a 15 minute Q&A. These can be across a range of topics, including Stress & Diet, Gut Health and Immune Health (see below for more detail).

  • A highly popular service, offering your employees more personalised advice. I come into your office for a full or half day and run pre-booked speed consultations with employees (recommended 30 min sessions).

  • Workshops can go totally bespoke to your needs. We can build upon some of my corporate talk topics, run themed meals and, if we have access to a kitchen, we can do some interactive cooking e.g. a fermentation workshop alongside a Gut Health talk.

02 / FOR BRANDS

I’ve worked with a number of renowed brands including Daye, La Maison Wellness, Gaia, Club Cultured and Eaten Alive. Services to date have included content creation, content writing, nutrition consultations, nutrition advisory, NPD support and recipe creation.

  • I create Instagram grid posts, stories, reels, blog posts and resources for brands, as well as conducting joint Instagram lives.

  • I often work with brands to advise on things like product formulations, recipe collections, menus and defining health.

  • I have provided freelance work for a number of brands, who can speak about my publicly as their “in-house nutritionist”. This improves credibility for any health claims made by your brand.

03 /FOR RETREATS

Invite me along to your next retreat or event! I run talks and workshops at retreats - often on fertility, women’s health or hormonal health, but also any of the topics outline below that I also offer for my corporate talks. Along with delivering the talk, I’m happy to stick around and chat to your attendees for the duration of the retreat to offer them some more personalised advice which ensures they feel like they’re getting a lot of value. I also offer these services to hotels.
